Gov. Officers will now have to stand in respect of Ministers, MPs and MLAs

New Delhi: In Faridabad, orders have been issued to enhance the glory of other people, including the members, legislators. Chief Secretary Rajiv Kumar has issued a list of protocols. It has been instructed in this list that how ever a public representative came to him, how he came to be treated. This protocol is being associated with the complaints of the people's representatives in which they were constantly complaining to the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for ignoring the officers. Disciplinary action will be taken against the authorities if they do not follow the protocol.

What is the rule of protocol

1. If any MP, legislator or other public representatives come to the government office, then the officers of the standing committee will be welcomed and welcomed. Also stand them up and leave.

2. Listen carefully to what the officials said about the representatives. Note their suggestions.

3. If there is no suggestion from the representatives of the people, please politely forbid them.

4. If MPs or members of the Legislature write letters or tell about any problem on the phone then they should be given special attention and should be disposed of soon.

5. Officers should also arrange tea, snacks for office representatives.
